CRYSTAL RIVER – Hurricane Hermine left a few cities underwater in her wake. Crystal River was one of those cities. Photographer Charlie Brown, from Charlie Brown Photography, captured footage of the flooding in Crystal River caused by Hurricane Hermine.
In the drone video footage, you see streets completely submerged in water. Streets were blocked off to keep traffic away from the floods and homes were surrounded by water throughout their yards.
