MOUNT DORA, Fla. — A portion of Donnelly Street in Mount Dora will be closed on Wednesday as crews from the Mount Dora Public Works Department work on repairs to the road.
The repairs will be done on the 1300 block of North Donnelly Street where the road has been collecting water and causing a washout.
Workers will be cutting out and removing portions of the southbound lane, raising the roadway and curb, and patching the pavement in order to ensure positive drainage to the closest downstream curb inlet.
Crews will be working at the site from 6:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
