SANFORD — On Monday afternoon, the Sanford Police Department reported what might have been a Murder/Homicide case involving a married couple.
The Sanford Police Department reported that they were contacted for a well-being check in regards to Cathy Kramarcik at her residence in the Carriage Cove neighborhood.
When Kramarcik did not show up for work, her co-workers grew concerned. Kramarcik had recently mentioned to her fellow employees that she and her husband Edward Kramarcik were having marital problems.
When the police entered the residence on Twin Court, they found a male and female deceased due to apparent gunshot wounds.
The investigation is on-going, but at this time it is believed that it was a murder/homicide.
