Annual Boo Festival in Downtown Tavares

TAVARES — Join the town folk of Tavares for a free spectacular trunk or treat event! Wooten Park holds stunning views over the lake as you enjoy the Halloween festivities.

Live entertainment includes Blonde Ambition, Dance Depot, and a live DJ. If music does not interest you, then head on over to the Monster Zumba class under the “Creepy” tent for a unique dance experience.

Kids will have plenty of fun to dive into such as hayrides, carnival games, spooky story time, an inflatable corn maze, prizes, and a costume contest. In addition to the mentioned activities, there will also be a big red bus, a classic car show, and the feature film “Monster House” at City Hall.

If you are looking to promote your local business, then this event is for you as well. There will be a trunk or treat, and business owners are invited to decorate their car or truck on Main Street.
