Silver Springs, Fla. – Marion County Deputies are searching for a missing woman who was last seen when she left her home on Northeast 60th Court in Silver Springs.
Family members reported 25-year-old Destiny Hope Ormiston missing on Thursday stating that they had not seen her since June 10 around 10:00 pm.
The family also told deputies that Ormiston suffered from a “diminished mental capacity” and was in need of medication.
Ormiston was last seen on foot the night she left her home.
Deputies described Ormiston as being five-foot-tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
Deputies are asking anyone who may have information about her whereabouts to contact local law enforcement by dialing 911 or the Marion County Sherrif’s Office at (352)732-8181.
