LAKE COUNTY – According to an update from Lake County Emergency Services, some residents were reported as being without power around 12:00 noon on Sunday.
Lake County officials stated that at the time of the report, 1,485 power outages were reported throughout the county.
In an email from Lake County spokesperson, Elisha Pappacoda, she stated that Clay Electric restored power to a substantial amount of homes and businesses Saturday night and expect to have all outages resolved by Sunday evening.
Pappacoda also told us that the St. Johns River level in Astor has continued to recede and they believe it will go below minor flooding by early Tuesday morning.
