Lake County Hurricane Shelter ListLake County has designated several locations as hurricane shelters.

Below is a full list of all approved Lake County Shelters. All Lake County Shelters are pet-friendly.

  4. Mascotte Elementary, 460 Midway Ave., Mascotte
  5. Round Lake Elementary, 31333 Round Lake Road, Mount Dora
  6. Spring Creek Elementary, 44440 Spring Creek Road, Paisley
  7. Treadway Elementary, 10619 Treadway School Road, Leesburg
  8. Umatilla Elementary, 401 Lake St., Umatilla — special-needs
