LEESBURG – A Leesburg juvenile is behind bars after being accused of sexual battery on a child under the age of 12.
According to police reports, the 15-year-old boy was arrested while at school Wednesday morning following a three-day investigation into the allegations of sexual battery.
The defendant was accused of performing sexual acts on a young girl and forcing her to perform sexual acts on him. The report states that he allegedly “licked” the victim’s vagina and told her to “taste his penis”. She also stated that he rubbed a “lotion” from a blue bottle on her vagina and described to police how the defendant reportedly ejaculated onto a blanket during the incident.
Detectives, along with CSI searched his bedroom and found the blanket and a blue bottle of Vaseline that matched the description the victim gave to police.
The defendant was arrested and taken to the Lake County Jail. He is being charged with a felony sexual battery on a victim less than 12.
