EUSTIS, Fla. — Police are investigating a Tuesday night shooting of a 24-year-old man.
According to a press release, Eustis police were called to a shooting in the 600 block of Kensington Street shortly before 9 p.m. and discovered Sherman Lee Mosley, 24, with a non-life-threatening gunshot. He was taken to Central Florida Hospital in Sanford.
Officer Jim Franquiz added in the release that Mosley had arrived to the location sometime after 8 p.m. and had a confrontation with 38-year-old Asberry Johnson IV.
“Witnesses have been identified at the scene and the weapon was recovered,” Franquiz stated.
No arrests had been made as of Wednesday afternoon and the investigation remains active.
