SUMMERFIELD – A Summerfield man is still missing after he left his home in Summerfield with only his passport, identification card, and medication.
Family members of 69-year-old Derek Cunningham reported last seeing him on November 16th.
According to reports, Cunningham is believed to have left sometime after 5:00 pm on foot headed in an unknown direction.
Cunningham left behind his wallet, clothing, and all other personal belongings, according to family members.
Members of his family are concerned for Cunningham’s safety after a statement he made to his family before leaving and his mental health history.
Cunningham is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall with green eyes, weighs 180 pounds and is bald with a white handle-bar mustache.
