TAVARES – Lake County is inviting the public to share their vision for shaping the future of the county’s library system during two upcoming community sessions. The county has added the following dates to its series of meetings to provide residents living in various parts of the county opportunities to offer their insights:
- 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 8
W.T. Bland Public Library
1995 N. Donnelly St., Mount Dora - 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 8
Cagan Crossings Community Library

Lake County’s Library System is developing its long-range strategic plan for its library system, expected to be finalized by the end of the year. Public feedback gathered will help shape the direction of the plan, and allow the community to have their viewpoints considered during its development.
Persons with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this public meeting should contact the Library Services Division at 352-253-6180 by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 6.
Residents are also encouraged to share their input via a brief online survey atwww.MyLakeLibrary.org/Survey.
