BUSHNELL, FL – Sumter County Sheriff’s Office detectives are looking for assistance identifying a man who stole a large quantity of meat from a local grocery store.
On both August 16th and 17th, the subject was reportedly seen on security cameras entering the Bushnell Winn Dixie Grocery Store. Detectives say the subject was filmed taking unused Winn Dixie bags and going to the meat department , filling the bags with large amounts of packaged meat, then exiting the store through the front doors without any attempt to purchase the items . Authorities said the subject wore the same clothing during both events.
