{"id":209535,"date":"2016-09-09T14:19:22","date_gmt":"2016-09-09T18:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-1.tempurl.host\/?p=209535"},"modified":"2017-11-04T15:23:43","modified_gmt":"2017-11-04T19:23:43","slug":"body-found-eustis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thegraphicgeek.com\/demo-cflwire\/body-found-eustis\/","title":{"rendered":"Body Found Buried at Eustis Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EUSTIS &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Lake County Deputies uncovered a body that was buried at 21004 Parkcrest Drive in Eustis after receiving a tip on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives and Lake County Sheriff&#8217;s CSI Unit began searching the property on Thursday and continued on Friday. The body was found Friday and turned over to the Medical Examiner&#8217;s Office in order to identify a cause of death.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives have not yet identified the remains\u00a0however, they believe it may belong to the homeowner of the property, 94-year-old Melvin Kort, who was reported missing by an out-of-state relative back in July.<\/p>\n<p>Kort lived at the property along with his two daughters.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives are still investigating and more information will be released as soon as it is made available.
