Dr. Jamie Amir of Ocala has issued a reward for helping identify two women who robbed his office<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A popular Ocala<\/a>\u00a0periodontist is seeking help from the public to identify two women who pretended to be trying to help their grandmother with a dental issue, \u00a0but robbed his office instead.<\/p>\n

Dr Jamie Amir has issued a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the two women, one of which was captured on video at his office.<\/p>\n

Amir told police that the two black females entered his offices at 4600 SW 46th Ct. at \u00a010:17 am, \u00a0asking about making an appointment for their grandmother, who was having problems with her dental implants<\/a>, \u00a0One of the women asked to use the restroom. At about 1 pm a staff member discovered that the woman had entered the staff break room and stolen cash, wallets, \u00a0and credit cards<\/a> from the purses of his employees.<\/p>\n

Amir reported that later it was discovered that by 10:37am \u00a0the women began ringing up purchases at a local Best Buy and drained the bank accounts of several of his staff.<\/p>\n

There was a camera in the main reception area, but it was disconnected. \u00a0Amir said he did have a camera in the break room and captured an image of the woman. \u00a0Ocala police responded, \u00a0checked for fingerprints and \u00a0filed reports. A video was turned over showing the woman in the act of taking the items from staff lockers.<\/p>\n
