The report states that he allegedly &#8220;licked&#8221; the victim&#8217;s vagina and told her to &#8220;taste his penis&#8221;. She also stated that he rubbed a &#8220;lotion&#8221; from a blue bottle on her vagina and described to police how the defendant reportedly ejaculated onto a blanket during the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives, along with CSI searched his bedroom and found the blanket and a blue bottle of Vaseline that matched the description the victim gave to police.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant was arrested and taken to the Lake County Jail.
