{"id":210121,"date":"2016-10-06T19:15:49","date_gmt":"2016-10-06T23:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-1.tempurl.host\/?p=210121"},"modified":"2017-11-04T15:11:43","modified_gmt":"2017-11-04T19:11:43","slug":"mount-dora-restaurant-opens-doors-night-stranded-tourists-locals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thegraphicgeek.com\/demo-cflwire\/mount-dora-restaurant-opens-doors-night-stranded-tourists-locals\/","title":{"rendered":"Mount Dora Restaurant Opens Doors All Night for Stranded Tourists and Locals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Mount Dora Bicycle Festival has been postponed due to Hurricane Matthew, but the owners of downtown favorite The Magical Meat Boutique are making sure stranded cyclists and locals have a place to go for good food and drink during the storm. \u00a0Owners Phil and Kate Barnard announced on their restaurant&#8217;s Facebook page tonight that they will stay open all night and into the morning hours to serve coffee and snacks overnight at no charge. \u00a0&#8220;This is not about making money, other business owners are camping out as well,&#8221; Phil Barnard said on his Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The storm is not \u00a0meant to hit until midnight and other places are closed to allow their staff to prepare their homes. \u00a0This is our home in many ways. \u00a0The Lakeside Inn is \u00a0fully booked with evacuees. \u00a0Most of our freezers are stocked with ice. \u00a0Some don&#8217;t want to be home alone, and our building is as safe as we can make it.
