Guava St., Lady Lake. Participants will learn how to downsize and simplify meal preparation without sacrificing flavor. For those who have high blood pressure, this series offers steps to help reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. Next month\u2019s classes will be held <span data-term=\"goog_278661275\">Feb. 2 and Feb. 9<\/span>.
