{"id":215400,"date":"2017-09-18T16:00:31","date_gmt":"2017-09-18T20:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-1.tempurl.host\/?p=215400"},"modified":"2017-11-04T14:47:07","modified_gmt":"2017-11-04T18:47:07","slug":"215400-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thegraphicgeek.com\/demo-cflwire\/215400-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Car theft suspect found sleeping in vehicle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>APOPKA, Fla. \u2013 After finding a stolen vehicle on Saturday, police reportedly didn\u2019t have to look far for the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Jonthan Virgilio Serrano, of Orlando, was charged with grand theft auto shortly after Eustis police reportedly found him sleeping in the car.<\/p>\n<p>According to an arrest affidavit, an official at Dealer Services in Apopka reported that sometime during Hurricane Irma, someone broke into the dealership and stole two vehicles as well as a cash box.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the dealership activated the GPS unit in the estimated $6,000 car. Officers tracked it down to the driveway of a home in the 1800 block of Orange Avenue in Eustis, where Eustis police discovered Serrano sleeping in the passenger seat.<\/p>\n<p>Serrano told officers he got a ride in the car from a friend, but wouldn\u2019t give the name and said he didn\u2019t know where the car came from.
