Derr and a group of friends run the project every year with the goal to &#8220;scare and entertain anyone who dares to enter.&#8221; The total structure measures around 1500 square feet of rooms. A small crew builds the haunted house as a tear-away structure in the days leading up to Halloween.<\/p>\n<p>Years past have seen graveyards, electric chairs, fog machines, and plenty of lighting effects. Due to limited parking, car pooling is advised.
