{"id":219026,"date":"2018-03-26T13:34:06","date_gmt":"2018-03-26T17:34:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-1.tempurl.host\/?p=219026"},"modified":"2018-03-26T16:49:42","modified_gmt":"2018-03-26T20:49:42","slug":"sumter-county-ambulance-personnel-injured-in-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thegraphicgeek.com\/demo-cflwire\/sumter-county-ambulance-personnel-injured-in-crash\/","title":{"rendered":"Sumter County ambulance personnel injured in crash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SUMTERVILLE, Fla. &#8212; Two emergency personnel were seriously injured Monday morning after their Sumter County EMS ambulance tried to make a U-turn, but pulled out in front of a dump truck.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, Michael Mahia, 22, of Eustis, and Nicholas Fatolitis, 20, of Leesburg, both were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.<\/p>\n<p>Charles Dean, 39, of Spring Hill, the third EMS employee, sustained minor injuries and also was taken to a hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The crash occurred on U.S. Highway 301 near N.E. 13th Ave. in Sumterville, just before 10 a.m. Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. Steve Gaskins, FHP spokesman, said the crew got dispatched to a call.
