He was charged with DUI and unlawful blood alcohol. He was bonded out on $1,000 bond the same day.<\/p>\n<p>According to the arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, he was found <span style=\"float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #333333; font-family: -apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,Oxygen-Sans,Ubuntu,Cantarell,'Helvetica Neue',sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 22.4px; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px;\">at the intersection of County Road 462 and County Road 209 In Wildwood <\/span>at 2:12 a.m. asleep in his black utility vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest report continued that, &#8220;during field sobriety exercises he was stumbling heavily and swaying and almost fell over&#8221;.
