The Office of Management &amp; Budget will be managing the public funds approved by the\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leesburg City Commissioners for a total of $168,596,408.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Highlights in the plan include the adoption of the current millage rate of 4.2678 mills, with a slight electric rate decrease of $1.30 for the first 1,000 kWh (residential).
