Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LAKE PANASOFFKEE &#8212;<\/strong> The Sumter County SPCA will be hosting a &#8220;Meet &amp; Greet&#8221; to meet it&#8217;s new Executive Director Joe Sprague.<\/p>\n<p>The event will be held on Friday, October 12th from 2 p.m. &#8211; 4 p.m. at the Sumter County Animal Shelter located at 994 CR 529A in Lake Panasoffkee.<\/p>\n<p>No R.S.V.P. is necessary\u00a0to attend the Meet &amp; Greet. Mr. Sprague is excited to meet everyone that attends. Weather pending, refreshments will be available, as well as tours of the shelter.<\/p>\n<p>If you are looking to adopt the shelter has many animals that need a loving home.<\/p>\n<p>Its hours of operation are Monday &#8211; Friday 7:30 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m. Kennel viewings are only allowed from 9 a.m. &#8211; 3:30 p.m. during those days.
