  • Refunds for printing services are only available for defective products or printing errors caused by us.

  • All content, branding, designs, and website templates created by The Graphic Geek remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified.
  • Clients are granted a license to use completed work for their business but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership.
  • Unauthorized use of our content or services may result in legal action.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the past three (3) months.
