At The Graphic Geek, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. To maintain transparency and customer satisfaction, this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled across our service categories: Web Hosting, Design Services, and Printed Products.


1. Web Hosting Services

All managed WordPress hosting plans are pre-paid and billed on a monthly or annual basis. Due to the nature of hosting resources and digital infrastructure allocation:

  • Hosting services are non-refundable once activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • If you cancel a hosting plan mid-term, the unused time will not be prorated or refunded.
  • Clients are encouraged to review the plan specifications before purchase or contact us for assistance in selecting the right plan.

2. Design Services (Web & Graphic Design)

Due to the time and creative labor invested in each project, our design services are subject to the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be issued once work has begun on a design project.
  • Refund requests made before design work has started may be honored at the discretion of The Graphic Geek, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the design outcome, we offer up to the agreed number of revisions per project. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
  • Design proofs and drafts require written client approval before final files are delivered. Once approved, any further changes or corrections are considered new work.

3. Printed Products (Marketing Materials, Signage, Business Cards, etc.)

We stand by the quality of our printed products and take every step to ensure accuracy. However, due to the custom nature of printed items, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • All print orders are non-refundable once they have entered production.
  • Refunds or reprints will only be issued in cases where there is a verifiable printing error caused by The Graphic Geek, such as:
    • Incorrect cutting, color issues, or material defects
    • Misprints that differ from the approved proof
  • Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving proofs before printing. Errors in the final product resulting from client oversight (e.g., typos, layout, color selection) are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
  • In cases of damage during shipping, claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, and photographic evidence may be required.
  • Any refund or reprint requests must be submitted in writing to info@thegraphicgeek.com within 14 days of delivery.

4. Domain Registration & Renewal

Domain registrations and renewals are processed through third-party registrars. As such:

  • Domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable once completed.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure domain accuracy and timely renewal to avoid loss.

5. Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, eBooks)

Unless otherwise noted:

  • All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable access provided upon purchase.
  • If you encounter an issue accessing a digital product, contact our team for technical support within 7 days of purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

7. Discretion & Exceptions

All refunds, returns, and reprints are issued at the sole discretion of The Graphic Geek. We reserve the right to make case-by-case determinations and may offer alternative resolutions, such as store credit, when appropriate.
