Do you do custom orders?
Yes. We do custom orders for most of our clothing items including the regular or all-over-print items. These items include t-shirts, tank tops, swimwear, shorts, flip-flops, and more.
In order to place a custom order, you will need to contact us directly to get started.
Do I have to register or have an account to order?
No. Although it is highly recommended, you do not need to register for an account or have a current account to place an order at Atlantic Anchor.
Having an account makes it easier to manage your previous orders, track current orders, and save products to your wishlist, but it is not required to place an order.
I placed an order, how can I track it?
All of our orders come with email tracking notifications. You should have received an email with tracking information. If you are unable to find the email, please check your spam or junk folders.
If you still cannot find the email, you can track your order status directly from our website. To do this, follow the steps listed below.
From a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet:
- From a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet: log in to atlanticanchor.thegraphicgeek.com by clicking on the user icons located at the top right corner of the site as indicated in the image below (Figure A). For mobile users, click on the menu icon at the top left corner, then click Login as shown in the image below (Figure B)

- On your account, click on Orders in the left column.
- Here you will find a list of your orders along with tracking information.
I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?
If you have lost or forgotten your password you can quickly and easily reset your password using the email address you registered with.
To reset your password follow the steps listed below.

- In the pop-up login window, click on the “Forgot your password?” link located at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email inbox, spam, and junk folder for an email from us.
- Click on the reset password link in the email.
- The email link will redirect you to a reset password page. There you can set your new password.
- Once your new password is set, you can now log in.
