Policies & Procedures for Returns & Exchanges

Atlantic Anchor is dedicated to providing great quality unique products to our customers. We want to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase while at the same time protect our business interests.

Customers may return any product for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days from the time the product arrives at the customers home.

Qualifying Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return their product for a refund or exchange if their product meets the criteria for a qualifying return.

In order for the product to be considered a qualified return, the product must have a physical defect in either the product or design. Physical defects include improper or missing stitching, physical damage caused during production or shipping, wrong product, wrong design, wrong design placement, incorrect design colors, damaged design such as cracking, missing design elements, faded spots, etc. Returns with physical damage caused by the customer will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return or exchange requests must be made within the first fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the product. Any requests made after the fourteen-day return period will not qualify for return or exchange unless otherwise agreed upon by Atlantic Anchor Clothing Company.

Customers may qualify for exchanges only if they receive a product size other than the size ordered. Incorrect size orders may NOT qualify for returns. In order to qualify, the customer must have received a different size than the size listed on their receipt or invoice. The customer is responsible for reading product descriptions including size charts to ensure they are ordering the correct product.

Atlantic Anchor Clothing Company may refund or exchange any product at its own discretion for any purpose. Atlantic Anchor reserves the right right to refuse any return or exchange in which we reasonably feel is not a qualified return.

Return & Exchange Procedures

If you are wanting to return or exchange a product, you must submit a Return Exchange Request Ticket.

To help expedite the process you should include as much information in the ticket as possible including your order number, the reason for return or exchange, photos of the product you wish to return, and your contact information including name, shipping address, and phone number.

Once your ticket has been submitted, our team will review your request and determine if it is a qualifying return. All responses and communication will be conducted through the Return Exchange Request Ticket in which you will receive email notifications of any ticket updates.

If your product is determined to be a qualifying return, your will be notified and a shipping label will be emailed to you.

Once a shipping label is emailed, you will have 3 business days to print the label and ship the product. Shipping labels that have not been shipped within the 3 business days will be cancelled and a new ticket will need to be submitted.

Upon receiving your returned package, one of our team members will inspect your product to further qualify the return or exchange. A final decision will be made and updated on your open ticket.

Shipping Costs

Atlantic Anchor agrees to pay any additional shipping costs to return a qualified product as well as costs of shipping a replacement product.

Atlantic Anchor will not refund any shipping costs incurred on the original product order.

Refund Payments

Atlantic Anchor will try its best to refund all payments to their original payment method. If the original payment method is unable to accept a refund, a refund will be issued in the form of a cashier’s check made payable to the customer name on the order and mailed to the mailing address provided on the order.

In the event of a check refund, customers will receive their refund within 14 business days from the ticket resolution date.

Product Exchanges

Atlantic Anchor will make the best effort to exchange any defective or damaged product with a like or similar product in value.
